I am a provider of the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP), created by Dr. Steven Porges, and rooted in his Polyvagal Theory. The SSP  is a non-invasive intervention, based on decades of research, which effectiveness has been proven in a wide range of studies.
The SSP exercises the neural pathways associated with regulating behavioral state and social engagement helping to access a calm and grounded state. It can help you feel more safe, calm, grounded and resilient. Can help you think more clearly, attentively, and creatively and connect more openly, genuinely and wholly with other people, yourself  and the world.

The complete SSP program comprises 3 main pathways that are accessible through and facilitated by a qualified and certified professional.

Each of the SSP pathways is composed of different filtered, unfiltered and calming 5-hour music playlists for either children or adults.

The SSP pathways are designed to help the nervous system to better receive, process and respond to the cues and signals from the world around us. This helps us learn how to more easily and consistently feel better regulated in the face of life’s challenges.

What coexist inherently with disordered eating are body image issues that can stop us from doing things we love  (that contribute positively to our well being). It can also make us engage in behaviours that are not good for us.
Body Anxiety  can also exisit on it’s own, without disordered eating.

To compliment  Zuzanna’s 4 week webinar program I would like to extend the invitation for you to join me for 4  sessions about our relationship with our bodies and how to improve it.
